  • Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu

    Upon arrival in Kathmandu, our team will warmly welcome you and assist with airport transfer to your hotel. After check-in, a briefing session will be held at the hotel to provide detailed information about your journey, daily activities, and important guidelines.Meals: Dinner.   • Day 2 Kathmandu Sightseeing

    Kathmandu Sightseeing After breakfast, enjoy a half-day sightseeing tour exploring Kathmandu’s cultural and religious heritage: – Pashupatinath Temple – Revered Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. – Gujeshowri Temple – Important site of local devotion. – Buddhanilkantha – Unique reclining statue of Lord Vishnu.
    Return to the hotel for lunch. The afternoon is free to relax, explore the local markets, or prepare for the journey ahead.

  • Day 3 Drive from Kathmandu to Timure or Kodari

    Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Timure or Kodari
    Drive from Kathmandu to Timure or Kodari Today the pilgrimage officially begins! After an early breakfast, you’ll embark on a scenic drive to the Nepal-China border: – Timure Route: Pass through the scenic Langtang National Park, Trishuli River, and terraced Himalayan villages. Overnight at Timure (1,850m). – Kodari Route: Travel via Sindhupalchowk district, rivers, and lush landscapes to Kodari. Evening at leisure to rest and acclimatize.

  • Day 4 Drive to Kyirong County or Nyalam

    Drive to Kyirong County or Nyalam After breakfast, complete Nepal exit formalities at the border and meet your Tibetan guide. Then proceed: – From Timure: Short drive into China, continuing 27 km to Kyirong County (2,700m), passing Tibetan villages and prayer-flag-decorated landscapes. – From Kodari: Enter China and drive to Nyalam (3,750m), enjoying high-altitude landscapes, rivers, and Tibetan settlements.

  • Day 5 Acclimatization and Rest day

    Acclimatization and Rest Day Rest and acclimatize to prepare for the high-altitude journey ahead. Explore local monasteries, enjoy short walks in the surrounding area, hydrate well, and reflect on your spiritual journey.

  • Day 6 Drive to Saga

    Drive to Saga Today’s journey takes you across the vast Tibetan plateau, passing nomadic settlements and high mountain passes including Lamu Kungdangla Pass (5,200m). Cross the Brahmaputra River before reaching Saga (4,500m).

  • Day 7 Drive to Mansarovar Lake

    Drive to Mansarovar Lake Drive approximately 450 km through mesmerizing Tibetan landscapes to Mansarovar Lake (4,600m). Witness the first views of Mount Kailash from a viewpoint. If time permits, take a short vehicle Parikrama of Mansarovar Lake.

  • Day 8 Drive to Darchen

    Drive to Darchen Spend the morning at Mansarovar Lake for rituals, prayers, and a symbolic cleansing bath. Optionally visit Chiu Monastery before driving to Darchen, the base for the Kailash Kora trek.

  • Day 9 Outer Kora – First Day to Dirapuk

    Outer Kora – First Day to Dirapuk Start the sacred 53 km trek around Mount Kailash. After a short drive to Tarboche Flagpole, visit Yama Dwaar to begin the trek through Lha Chu Valley. Arrive at Dira Phuk Monastery (4,800m) for overnight. Enjoy a short evening hike to view the North Face of Mount Kailash.

  • Day 10 Outer Kora – Second Day to Zuthulphuk

    Outer Kora – Second Day to Zuthulphuk Trek through Dolma Chu Valley, ascending the Dolma La Pass (5,550m) adorned with prayer flags. Descend to Zuthul Phuk Monastery (4,700m), passing Gaurikunda Lake, one of the world’s highest sacred lakes.

  • Day 11 End of Kora and Drive to Saga

    End of Kora and Drive to Saga Complete the final segment of the Kora trek and return to Darchen. Begin the drive back to Saga, retracing the route through the Tibetan plateau.

  • Day 12 Drive to Kyirong County or Nyalam

    Drive to Kyirong County or Nyalam Return toward the border, with scenic views and opportunities for reflection on your pilgrimage: – Via Kyirong: Drive through Tibetan villages, rivers, and prayer-flag-adorned valleys back to Kyirong County. – Via Nyalam: Retrace the high-altitude route to Nyalam.

  • Day 13 Drive to Kathmandu

    Drive to Kathmandu After completing border formalities, bid farewell to your Tibetan guide and enter Nepal. Drive back to Kathmandu. In the evening, enjoy a farewell dinner celebrating your spiritual journey. Overnight at a hotel in Kathmandu.
