Day 01
INTERNATIONAL ARRIVAL
Upon arrival you will be welcome by Sunrise Kailash representative standing with your name board at Kathmandu Tribhuwan International Airport at arrival terminal. Then you will be transfer to your estimate hotel by the private vehicle. Evening there will be a small briefing about your further tour.

Day 02
DRIVE TO POKHARA
After having a healthy breakfast at hotel, we will take drive to Pokhara. The Overland journey will take approximately 5 to 7 hours / 200 Kilometer. On the way after our drive about 3 hours, 106 kilometer we stop our journey to visit Manokamana Temple.
Here we take the cable car ride to rich Manakamana Devi Temple Darshan. The temple situated between Trishuli and Marshyangdi River at the altitude of 1300 meters above the sea level. It is a sacred place of Hindu Goddess Bhagwati, an incarnation of Parvati. The name Manakamana originates from two words, “mana” which means heart and “kamana” which means wish. It is believed that if anyone makes a wish by their heart here then their wish will be fulfilled.
After, rituals activities at Manakamana Temple back to station and continue our drive to Pokhara. Check in at hotel then, you will have a free hour to explore around lakeside by yourself.

Day 03
DRIVE TO MUKTINATH
Today after early morning breakfast we precede our journey to Muktinath Temple. It is about 10 hours’ drive from Pokhara to Muktinath Temple by Jeep. Today first half of the drive goes smooth on the well black top high way up to BENI around 100 Kilometers approx. 4 hour drive. After Beni our drive about 120 kilometers 5 hours on off road with gradually taking higher altitude from 822 meter to 3750 miter.
This day we have an option to stay either Jomsom or Muktinath due to altitude gaining gradually. If anyone shows symptom of any altitude sickness we overnight at Jomsom (Altitude 2750 meter). Then next day early morning drive to Muktinath Temple for Puja and drive back to Pokhara. Otherwise, continue our drive up to Muktinath.
Journey Highlights:
GALESHWOR TEMPLE, is also known as Jadeshwor and Jadabhareshwor and is considered to be an important religious site due to its location on the banks of the Kaligandaki River. The object of worship is a rock, alongside which lie pieces of shaligrams, tridents, an idol of Nandi, and bells. The chief occasions for festivities here are the festivals of Shivaratri, Balachaturdashi, and also the entire month of Shrawan. Galeshowr Mindir.
TATOPANI (HOT SPRING), is a village development committee in Myagdi District in the Dhaulagiri Zone of western-central Nepal. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 843 people living in 182 individual households.
MARPHA, Village is a part of the trekking industry, and has a nearby Tibetan refugee camp. Tibetans from the camp work in the village, supporting the tourist and trekking service sector. It is in a scenic location and apples are an important crop for the area.
JOMSOM, Gateway to Muktinath situated at an altitude of about 2,700 meters. The soaring peaks of Dhaulagiri and Nilgiri form a backdrop to the town straddling the Kali Gandaki River, which flows right through the Centre of Jomsom.
KAGBENI, is a village located in the valley of the Kali Gandaki River. It lies on the trail from Jomsom to the royal capital Lo Manthang, near the junction with the trail to Muktinath. Before heading to Muktinath, Hindu pilgrims offer Pinda and perform Shraddha (death ritual) to their deceased ancestors at this confluence believing that it brings salvation to the departed soul. According to the Hindu epic Adhyatma Ramayana, Kagbhusundi meditated here on suggestion of Saptarishis, hence place was named Kagbeni.

Day 04
DRIVE TO POKHARA
Morning start with 20 – 30 minutes an easy walk towards Muktinath Temple. Once you reach at temple, there you will get an hours’ time to make Darshan / Puja and take a bath on 108 water spouts. After finishing Muktinath Darshan we walk down to the jeep station for our drive back to Pokhara.
MUKTINATH is a Shiva temple, sacred to both Hindus and Buddhists. It is one of the world’s highest temples situated at altitude of 3800 meter. Within Hinduism, it is known as Mukti Kshetra, which literally means the ‘place of liberation’ (moksh) and is one of the Char Dham in Nepal.
Buddhists call it Chumig Gyatsa, which in Tibetan means “Hundred Waters”. For Tibetan Buddhists, Muktinath is an important place of dakinis, goddesses known as Sky Dancers, and one of the 24 Tantric places. They understand the murti to be a manifestation of Avalokiteśvara, who embodies the compassion of all Buddhas.

Day 05
POKHARA SIGHTSEEING / DRIVE TO KATHMANDU
After an early morning Breakfast at hotel, we drive back to Kathmandu. Before leaving Pokhara, there will be short sightseeing tour which starts from Tall Barahi Temple, Devi’s fall. It’s followed by Gupteswor Cave and further Bindhyabasini Temple. After then we continue our drive back to Kathmandu.
TAL BARAHI TEMPLE, also known as Lake Temple or Barahi Temple is a two-story pagoda temple. It is a hindu temple of the Goddess Durga (Barahi), the protector of gods. It is located in a small island on the south east section of Phewa Lake in Pokhara. The temple is used for worship by Hindus. It can be reached by taking a boat from the Shore of Phewa Lake to reach Tal Barahi temple.
DEVI’S FALLS is a waterfall, The water forms a tunnel after reaching the bottom. This tunnel is approximately 500 feet (150 m) long and runs 100 feet (30 m) below ground level. On 31 July 1961, a Swiss couple went swimming but the woman drowned in a pit because of the overflow. Her body was recovered three days later in river Phusre with great effort. Her father wished to name it “David’s falls” after her daughter’s name but changed to Devi’s Fall. Its Nepali name is Patale Chango, which literal meaning is Paatal Ko Chango means “Underworld’s Waterfall”.
GUPTESHWOR MAHADEV CAVE, known in the local tongue as Bhalu Dulo is recognized as one of the longest caves in Nepal with a length that exceeds 2,000 meters. The cave sits across Davi’s fall, and inside the cave, one can hear the thundering sound of water.
BINDHYABASINI TEMPLE is the oldest temple in the city of Pokhara. The main temple is devoted to goddess Bindhyabasini, a Bhagawati who is the incarnation of Kali. There are smaller temples of goddess Saraswati, Shiva, Hanuman, Ganesha in the premises. The temple is situated atop a small hill and can be accessed via stone staircases on the East and North East. The views of the Himalayas from the North of the temple are breathtaking while from the South one can see the expanse of Pokhara city.

Day 06
INTERNATIONAL DEPARTURE
Early morning breakfast at hotel, then if time permit before heading towards international airport for your final departure we can visit Pashupatinath Temple and Boudhanath Stupa. If still time left to airport it’s free at your own activities. Otherwise, drive to International airport for you next destination.
SHREE PASHUPATINATH TEMPLE is a famous and sacred Hindu temple, is located on the banks of the Bagmati River, approximately 5 km north-east of Kathmandu. This temple complex was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage Sites’s list in 1979. This “extensive Hindu temple precinct” is a “sprawling collection of temples, ashrams, images and inscriptions raised over the centuries along the banks of the sacred Bagmati River” and is included as one of the seven monument groups in UNESCO’s designation of Kathmandu Valley.
BOUDHANATH STUPA has been an important place of pilgrimage and meditation for Tibetan Buddhists & local Nepalese. It is located on what was a major trade route between Nepal & Tibet. For centuries, many traveling merchants used it as a resting place. … In 1979, Boudha became a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is the largest stupa in Nepal which was probably built during the 14th century after the Mughal invasions.
